Day and night, everyday and hour nobody answer hotline 1627. Wasting hours and days calling without answering.

Sim-only plan with no contract? think twice

Have port over from My republic to M1 sim-only plan c/w the bundle package of Nature's Farm 1000's Vit C for 12 months since July 2022. No msg ever received for the redemption since 1st month. Have feedback the same issue since Aug thru the hotline and M1 Chat and the advise always is the redemption code only sent once which is mid of the month. What they can do is monitor in the month and expect customer to compromise with their mistake? It seems a "trick" to make the customer to stick with the sim-only plan longer time if the customer would like to collect all 12 bottles of the supplement. So does it really no contract? hmm... the network also so poor after the data usage more than 50GB. Called the hotline was a big challenging just to feedback the network issue. it took me more than 2 hours waiting time just to talk with the customer service. I were told that the data speed should be same at high speed for the additional 50GB which bundled with the original plan 50GB. The speed will slow down when it close to the full data plan 100GB. But it was just 70GB used when i make the call on 15-Sep and the speed only resume back to better speed after it rolled to the new billing month 19-Sep..hm...the sim-only plan package sound better than other telco but the experience is another story... Quite regret to try the M1 service again after my bad experience years ago.

High charges on inward roaming calls not made obvious

I did not realise that inward voice calls while overseas are chargeable. Although stated in the terms and conditions of the service agreement it was not made very clear. As a result I answered a number of inward calls and incurred relatively (over SGD100) high charges. My fault for not being more careful. Consumers should be warned of phone and phone data roaming charges more clearly.

Banking Details

This isn't the 1st or 2nd time I request for banking details as I'm overseas. Neither can I login with the acct stated below. My service no. with M1 is 60159****. Don't sent me email of late charge when your customers svc screwup. Either you setup for me one time so that I can login OR give me yr banking details for iBanking need.

Loss of service after just two weeks.

Im a new client of M1 and signed up for their broadband service. A mere two weeks later I have already suffered a complete loss of service requiring a technician to come out. Even more outrageous they blamed the shoddy Huawei cords and noted that many customers buy extra ones because this happens so often. What kind of service is this?

Cancelation of 8797****

I lost my Sim card and would like to terminate my service with M1, I find no way to do it and they keep on sending bill monthly and send legal letter to chase for payment, after you paid the lump sum to their dear temple legal consultant, I still received the billing.

User's recommendation: don't subscribe to M1, you have no way to contact them.

Wrong subscription, data not working, full of lies

Subscribed with the 38$/month contract with device plan. But bill came in with 47$ subscription. Called m1, they told us that there's no such plan. I had to show them evidence of the 38$/month plan that we have. Data not working for 3 4 days. Called m1, tried to help me to troubleshoot but failed. Sent me a new sim card the next day (thumbs up) for that. Took till the next day to activate card. When my dad called over the following day, they told him that we have to change sim card cause of recontract and we had to be charged an amount of 35$. That's just some of the many examples I have as of 2022

Terrible Customer Service

Just ported over from GOMO, M1 ghosted me after promising the line will be ported over by 11/08/22. Until now, the M1 service number is not operational yet, and service with GOMO still active. Tried contacting customer service but their *** automatic system wont let me even talk to any customer service agent unless i had an operational m1 number that they can send a 6pin code to. WTF is up with this company. Also, network coverage is the worst of the big three telcos based on past experience. Only gave it a try because i wanted to reset my GOMO side for any future good packages for new signups/port over. Looks like im doing it immediately at the next opportunity i get.

Broadband signup

M1 customer for 14 years... attempted sign up and they refused because they didn't like my NIRC photo. Keep in mind they already have it on file with my current plan. They refused to process then tried to charge a cancellation fee for an application they wouldn't process. I informed them I'll be canceling my other services as a long time loyal customer and they said "fine, you'll have to call another number". Good to see how they treat 14 years of customer loyalty. Disgusting business practices and highly questionable from a legal standpoint.

Been a loyal M1 customer since M1 started in 1998 or thereabout, even tho there were times other companies offered better deals. This year I m overseas for 3 months n unknowingly chalked up bills of about $600. I was shocked but it was difficult to get tru M1 hotline n expensive to be kept waiting. So I paid about $350 with the intention to pay the rest in July when I returned. Just becoz of about $250 outstanding, M1 sent me a lawyers letter. The decades of being a loyal customer meant nothing to M1. So I shall terminate the line after my return to Sg

Please note this person - Stella Moreno, who was very rude in answering my queries. To think I just signed up for a new plan and phone just hours ago. M1, you need to retrain your staff, or let them go. I immediately regretted my purchase.

The worse company ever to exist

M1 Limited - The worse company ever to exist
1) The customer service hotline is never available. Will take hours before able to talk to an agent. 2) The technician who was supposed to install my fibre broadband overlooked my appointment on 17/05/2022 @ 0900 - **** and missed it. I asked if he was able to come right away he say he was at a different location. I then told him that i have errands to run and I will call him later on for the installation and he agreed. BUT, while i was running my errands he came and put a slip indicating I missed the installation appointment. And on the net states if we missed an appointment we will be charged $90 for it. 3) I tried contacting the particular technician through call, he ignored all my calls and never even bother to text or call before he came. Oh and his contact number is 8792****.

1 hour wait for an agent to pick up my call? No wonder this Telco is dying and had to depend on a come up with a new subsidiary to help with their dying business , just use starhub or even singtel
